All the members of the executive board listed below are "superstars" for their
contributions to CCV. Throughout the year they each work countless hours, and
often contribute their own financial resources, or that of their businesses, to
aid our cause as well. We thank each and every one for all they do for our community.

Joanie Sigal
Chairman of the Board
Joanie Sigal has been a professional volunteer for Clearwater, Pinellas County and the state of Florida for the past 12 years. She is the Chairman of Clearwater Community Volunteers and the Co-Chairman of Florida Citizens for Social Reform (a grassroots advocacy organization for the improvement of social ills in the state of Florida). She has been on the foundation board for Clearwater Jazz Holiday for 7 years and has been newly appointed to the Early Learning Coalition in Pinellas County. Joanie is also a wonderful singer and has performed in many different venues around the state. She is wife to Steve and mother to two wonderful sons - Adam and Brian - and is the mother-in-law of a wonderful young woman - Jeanie - who is married to Adam.

Pam Ryan Anderson
Executive Director
Pam Ryan Anderson is the owner and Broker of Ryan Realty, working as a Realtor in Clearwater since 1989. In business, Pam has been extremely successful operating off the basic principal that she treats her clients as she would want to be treated. Pam is married to the wonderful Joel Anderson, and mother of two great girls, Melissa and Amanda Ryan. Pam contributes literally hundreds of community service hours every year, and is the recipient of the 2004 Pinellas Realtor Organization's Community Award for providing the most community service of any Realtor that year. As the volunteer Executive Director of CCV, it is Pam's responsibility to ensure that each and every event takes place flawlessly, is well attended and that the purposes of the event and CCV are fulfilled. In addition, Pam is the Director of the crew the handles the decorating of Winter Wonderland, working very closely with her husband, Joel, who is the Director of the crew that builds Winter Wonderland each year. Currently, Pam is also the Director for The Easter Egg Hunt and The Fashions with Flair Silent Auction and Fashion Show. Her daughter Melissa is the youngest member of CCV, and has been actively contributing as a working member since she was only 14 years old, also making her one of the most senior members of the group. Amanda takes a more back seat place in the planning, but volunteers at each and every event that CCV puts on. This is truly a family that strives to give back to the community that they live and work in.

Amy Seymour
Deputy Executive Director for Human Resources
Amy has lived in and been an active member of the Clearwater community for the past 9 years. During those years her volunteer activities have included President of the Delphi Academy Parent Organization and Secretary of Cub Scout Pack & Boy Scout Troop #313, sponsored by the Church of Scientology. She has also been an active member of Clearwater Community Volunteers (CCV) since moving to the area. She has done many different activities to help CCV over the years but her biggest task has been overseeing the recruitment of volunteers for the 4000+ volunteer hours it takes to build and man Winter Wonderland. Amy works for American Documents and Title in Clearwater. She and her husband Paul have three wonderful children; Sara, Brittany and Cody.

Karen Simpson
Deputy Executive Director for Operations
Karen has a BS degree in History from Winthrop University in SC and a BS degree in Fashion Design from the America College in Atlanta, GA. She worked as a costume and fashion designer for 5 years in Atlanta. She has a wonderful husband, Bill, who is also a member of the Clearwater Community Volunteers. Her son, Will, is also active in the group. Karen and her family owned a stained glass business in Atlanta for 10 years. Her current business, K Style Studios, is an on-line store specializing in artistic purses and wearable art. She loves working with CCV because she is able to use her creative talents while giving back to the community. |

Angela LeMay
Deputy Executive Director for Marketing
Angela LeMay has 25 years of success in Sales and Marketing, greatly contributing to the expansion of the groups she has worked with. Recently, she's followed her entrepreneurial spirit and is the Co-Founder and President of Mr Web Wiz — a website development firm that helps business owners take internet marketing to a new level. Additionally, she is the Editor in Chief of the Tampa Bay Informer, "The Good News Newspaper" which has the purpose of "...improving the community through good works well published and inspiring members of the community to: Get Involved, Take Action and Make a Difference!"

Patti Brown
Chief Financial Officer
Patti has lived in the Clearwater area since 1996,
and has been Treasurer and CFO of CCV for the past
four years. In addition to her many years of experience
in various facets of the accounting industry, she
has also worked in the fields of real estate sales
and software development. She is currently the Vice
President and Director of Accounting Services of
RPS Analytics, Inc., her husband's consulting company.
Patti is also Treasurer and CFO of Florida Citizens
for Social Reform, a group which seeks to locate
and promote best practices in the field of social
betterment activities. |

Trish O'Hara
Director of Communications
Trish
O'Hara has been a Clearwater resident for 20 years.
She has served the community the entire time working
as a teacher at Delphi Academy, involving herself
and her students in a wide variety of community
activities, including the Kids for Kids Tutoring
Program where her students tutor children in the
community after school. She also helped establish
the first Winter Wonderland in Clearwater in 1993
and is proud to be a part of the Clearwater community.

Gloria Slaughter
Director of Fundraising
From 1996-present, Gloria has been on the executive board of CCV, and oversees fundraising. Gloria's activities encompass CCV's production of their annual Easter Egg Hunt in Coachman Park. CCV also produces Winter Wonderland, a fundraiser for area charities. She has raised an estimated $250,000 for the Clearwater Community Volunteers' various activities. Gloria is the Sales and Marketing Manager for AMC Publications where she has worked since 1998. She resides in Island Estates with her husband, Gene Diveglia - a systems analyst and computer programmer - AND excellent chef!

Susan
Susan Safirstein moved to the Clearwater area from New Jersey, and is so happy to be settled here. She has been an elementary school teacher, worked in the insurance and investment industries, and managed her husband Arny's dental practice for many years. Recently, she started a gourmet food business. Two wonderful married daughters are her pride and joy. Susan enjoys being a member of CCV because of its dedicated, caring, and competent members. Her role in this organization is to obtain donations from local businesses who want to enhance the lives of the children in our communities.

Debra Bellmaine

Debra
obtained her Bachelor of Science from California
State University Fresno in Information Systems,
Magna Cum Laude. Her career has included 20 years
as a software engineer, real estate sales, and is
currently the Chief Technology Officer for her
husband's company, Stellar Acquisitions, a marketing firm.
She has been involved with the Clearwater Community Volunteers since 2001. She and her
husband John have 3 children and 2 granddaughters!

Joel Anderson
Logistics Manager
Joel Anderson is the owner of Global Welding & Fabrication,
Inc. Joel has received many awards for his outstanding
contribution to the business industry over the years.
Joel was the Train Master for 10 years for the Ringling
Brothers Barnum & Bailey Circus. He brings incredible
skills to our group with the hundreds of hours that
he volunteers in being able to coordinate, simplify
and construct our events. Joel is married to the
vivacious Pam Ryan Anderson and is the father of
two grown boys.

and weight loss system. Prior to moving to Clearwater
7 years ago Debbie was on the Board of Directors
of several non-profit service organizations, actively
raising funds to support many local projects similar

Janet Palmer
Food Manager
Janet Palmer moved from Long Island, NY to Clearwater in 2004, for over 20 years she was a Real Estate Paralegal closing Bank loans for all the major lenders. In 2007 she decided to start her own business Magical Meals LLC as a Personal Chef. She joined the Clearwater Community Volunteers in 2007 and became one of the Winter Wonder Land cheffing staff to help prepare meals for the construction workers. Janet is what is considered a utility player she will jump in and help with what ever needs to be done.

Terry Slade attended Exeter University in England. He made his professional career in the fields of Information Technology and Accounting and is currently the IT Director at Stellar Acquisitions. He has been involved with the Clearwater Community Volunteers for just over 1 year and is involved in other charitable activities in local Clearwater area. Terry has been happily married for the past nine years with a stepson, stepdaughter and a wonderful granddaughter.

Melissa Ryan
Deputy Promotion and Advertising Director
Melissa Ryan is Clearwater Community Volunteer's
youngest Executive, putting in many, many volunteer
hours every year for the last few years. In addition
to volunteering for our events, Melissa also does
a lot of work as a Volunteer Minister for her Church.
Melissa loves acting and is also part of a group
that performs in musicals that are aimed at helping
children live happier lives. Melissa sets an incredible
example for other teens. |
